Shagun Parashar started as an associate in 2009 in the chambers of Advocate Prashant Mendiratta.  She has 13 years of experience in advisory & litigation.  She has been appearing before various tribunals & courts representing clients in Labour disputes, Torts law matter/arbitrations in the area of contractual disputes, and commercial litigation.

She is also advising and representing South Delhi Municipal corporation (SDMC) in their arbitration matters.  She appears regularly before the National Commission for consumers (NCDRC) in relation to medical negligence/ insurance claims/ torts law matters. Previously, she has done her clerkship with Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw (now retired Judge of the Delhi High Court).  She advises and appears before Labour courts on various employment issues for the clients.  She has previously worked in Litigation Team at Aggarwal Law Associates, Delhi.
